The initial concept of the DISC behavioral model, based on four elements, was introduced by William Moulton Marston. Later, the assessment of this model has been implemented by other individuals according to his theory.
In this assessment, four dimensions are examined, labeled as Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). By combining these dimensions, 15 factors of observable personality are revealed.
This assessment can help you gain a better understanding of yourself, enabling you to take steps towards improving your behavioral traits by recognizing them.
This assessment is less known among ordinary individuals and is more commonly used by managers for hiring purposes to identify and evaluate potential employees.
This assessment consists of 28 questions. In each question, four traits are presented, and you are required to choose the best description of yourself and the least accurate description of yourself among these four traits. In other words, for each question, two responses from you are necessary.
Completing the assessment takes approximately less than 10 minutes, and it is necessary to respond to all the questions.
